I got a prenatal massage here during my third trimester and had a wonderful experience overall. The space is conveniently located, and the staff were very welcoming, offering tea or water as soon as I arrived. The ambiance in both the waiting area and the massage rooms is calm and soothing, perfect for unwinding.
I have had two massages with Gina. First, Ritual atmosphere is very calming and relaxing! It’s very peaceful. I really enjoy Gina’s massage techniques, as well as discussing a plan to address my problem areas and clearly communicates what she is doing throughout the massage.
I had the best experience with Gina! She doess reiki and massage and she pin pointed my problem areas and is really helping me work towards a better me and I cannot thank her enough for pouring new life and helaing into me! Overall Ritual was very clean and I love love love the aesthic!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
