From the reviews

I am on a spiritual journey, and wanted to start yoga to improve my mental health. I purchased their 3 week introduction package, and I'm SO glad that I did. I have enjoyed absolutely every class. Everyone is so friendly, the space is comfortable, and I leave class feeling wonderful.

Have you seen the reviews? 5/5 stars for every person I’ve seen write a review. This studio has so much to offer aside from classes. They have reiki, massage, tarot card readings and so much more than just yoga classes. The owners, Divya & Estera, are the most beautiful souls that you’ll encounter.

After my very first class, I knew this was the place for me. It's an oasis to connect with my body and empty my mind amidst a very lovely but busy life. The space is very welcoming and cozy and every person there, from owners and teachers to patrons, are kind and non judgmental.

Absolutely LOVE Rising Lotus. Every class that I've taken has been so powerful and moving. There is such a calming and loving energy in both the people and the overall ambiance of the studio. If you're new on your spiritual journey, like I am, this is such an amazing place to start.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
