From the reviews
Booking online was a breeze with plenty of availability to fit a busy schedule. I saw Alice for a one-hour deep tissue massage, specifically to address tension in my neck and shoulders. She listened closely and tailored the session to those problem areas perfectly. The massage hurt, but felt so good at the same time!
Wonderful experience with Julie today. I went in for a 1 hour lymphatic massage, and it was everything I was hoping for. Julie did a great job explaining what to expect during my session, as well as keeping me feeling secure and comfortable throughout the massage. The Revive facility itself was well kept and clean.
I had an appointment with Brooke, she does AMAZING work. I’ve had massages done by other therapists before but none have been as good as her. I’ve been having some bad pains in my neck and shoulders and it’s bugged me for a long time.
I can't recommend enough. After a visit with my rheumatologist where I left sobbing, dizzy and nauseated with pain a friend recommended I try a massage. Brooke gave me my quality of life back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
