Just walked out of my last appointment there and I am beyond happy with everything! I'd anyone I know needs therapy, or if I ever need therapy again, I would send them here in a heartbeat. The location has plenty of parking and three entrances around the building, none are a far walk to the office.
Came in for lower back pain that's been lasting on and off for a couple years. Never was getting better so I was referred here. Just got discharged after a month or so of PT and I feel amazing!! Everyone was so knowledgeable from the very first appointment to my last.
Absolutely amazing staff. Every therapist was different and brought their individual approach to the visit. They all worked together for overall healing. I move better now than before my clavicle surgery and I am so thankful for that. I recommend picking Health quest for your therapy needs.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
