From the reviews
Hannah is the amazing - As a provider, she actually takes the time to listen and understand what I’m experiencing instead of what so many providers do (just assume they know better). I initially went to see her because I had pain that cascaded from my lower back to my shoulder to my rib.
I started seeing Dr. Hannah about a year ago after a lifetime of poor posture and hyperextension finally caught up with me. She worked with me to develop a treatment plan suited to my lifestyle and activity level, and I noticed an immediate reduction in my pain level and increase in range of motion after our visits.
I have had great experiences with Dr Fielding since my first session concerning a chronic injury. I appreciated how thorough her intake was and how intently she listened to me.
There are so many wonderful things I can say about Dr. Fielding! For the last year Dr. Fielding has been helping me rehab a very damaged shoulder that had multiple tears in the rotator cuff that were surgically reattached. She has been patient and kind.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
