From the reviews
Jessica is wonderful! Would highly recommend a 60 minute massage here. She does several techniques, cupping, and hot stones.
If you’re thinking about going to see Jess at Revive, this is your sign to just go! If I could rate Jessica higher then a 5 I definitely would. I’ve been lifting for a few years now and until I started seeing Jessica I never realized how truly beneficial getting a massage regularly is to my lifts and overall health.
Wow! Had a great experience with Jess today. The setting was relaxing and therapeutic, and Jess did a fabulous job working my problem areas. I honestly had no idea how many painful areas I had until Jess began my treatment, and I immediately notice improved movement and flexibility, especially in my hips, neck and…
I am a competitive powerlifter and needed help in relieving some muscle tension and hopefully get help with some nagging injuries. Jes did an amazing job! She has a great understanding of the body and uses a variety of techniques to the betterment of her clients.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
