If you’re looking for the best massage you’ve ever had I your life- look no further and come here to see Kate and basically get sent into another dimension. I got a deep tissue massage and it felt equally medicinal as it did relaxing. I’ll be seeing her for her services once a month for the rest of my life.
I don’t usually do reviews in general, but I feel compelled to spread the word about Nicole’s magical healing powers after yesterday. My wife and I have been seeing her for massage for a little while now because she’s so awesome, but yesterday, the results were just above and beyond.
I had the BEST therapeutic massage with Nicole. I have had what I thought was a pinched nerve for probably about seven months. I kept thinking it would go away & it didn’t. I’ve been going to the chiropractor three times a week for the last two months and it really has not helped that much.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
