Best massage therapist I have ever seen! Mary uses tuning forks, cups, and her hands to feel what is needed and where! I highly recommend her!!
Best night sleep ever after 1 hour massage you never know how much pain you're in until you're not in any at all she's a miracle worker
Amazing massage! highly recommend! And she shares her vast knowledge of holistic healing and natural remedies. I have started getting massages instead of the chiropractor and it is so much help for my back and shoulder pain.
Mary is a genius at her craft of holistic healing! She provides extremely useful self-care tips to continue the journey of healing outside of your sessions. Addresses the true root of the initial issue to achieve actual healing at the core.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
