From the reviews

As an LMT myself, I find it very difficult to find a massage therapist who really knows what they are doing and can truly alleviate the complexity of my issues. I read many great reviews on Greg and he did not disappoint!

★★★★★ — Christine, Dec 2024

Greg went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to do work on my body that I haven’t had done before that desperately needed help. He helped educate me on aftercare and daily care of improving and strengthening certain areas of my body.

★★★★★ — Caroline, Jan 2024

Greg is mine and my partner’s go to massage therapist. We are both massage therapists ourselves and do trade regularly but we get busy so we have standing appts every 3 weeks with Greg. He gives us both completely different massages because he tailors his massages to exactly what the individual needs are.

★★★★★ — Mindy, May 2025

Greg is a compassionate, professional and a highly skilled massage therapist. He goes the extra mile to make sure his clients come out feeling better and their best. Every massage is tailored to your needs on the day - worth every penny. Highly recommend his work for the sore and tired body!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
