From the reviews
I look forward to my monthly visits with Ashley! She totally sets the mood from the moment you walk in. Her presence is calming, she knows her stuff, and her waiting room/massage room have a little bit of magic; much like her hands! Two visits stick out the most in my head: 1.
Ashley is an amazing massage therapist! I started seeing her when she was in Lynnwood. I love the care I receive from her, so I followed her to Everett... even though it's a much farther drive for me! During a time where patients feel like another number or dollar sign, I feel seen and heard when speaking with Ashley.
Ashley is very professional and the environment is very relaxing, which makes your massage an extremely relaxing experience. I appreciate her expertise and knowledge when it comes to my healing. I highly recommend Ashley for your next massage!
Ashley is outstanding. She listens to your concerns and then works the area needed in great detail. I have been to a lot of massage therapist over the years and I would say she is one of the best. Thanks Ashley for caring for me and helping me feel better. I look forward to my appointments.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
