Wonderful service! The massage therapist to work at the establishment are incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot wait until I return again! I'm updating this review because I had my first therapeutic massage with Haley Ter Haar, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had in my life.
Took a chance and booked a massage with Meredith this morning on a whim after reading reviews. I must say, this has got to be one of the best massages I have had in years. She was able to find and work on knots I didn't even know I had. If you are looking for an awesome massage, don't hesitate to come here!
If you have ever imagined enjoying the most memorable, magical , just what you hoped your money was worth kind of massage- look no further! The entire time - all my brain could think on repeat was " this is all I ever wanted in a massage!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
