From the reviews
I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Resilience Physical Therapy. This is my second ACL tear, so I came in knowing how tough the recovery process can be—but they have truly pushed me further than I ever thought I could go. Over the past three months I have been working with Dr. Dan and his team.
I tore my ACL junior year of high school during the most important time of college recruiting, creating double the amount of pressure and uncertainty around my future.
I have had multiple back surgeries, last one being June 2025 which was disk fusion of L4. Needless to say, I have had physical therapy in many different facilities in the past 12 years all of which were very disappointing to say the least!
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Resilience. Under the direction and supervision of Dr. Dan, Andy has been amazing with my treatment. I have never been to PT and had been experiencing some pain in my left thumb.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
