I booked a deep tissue massage with Anna as a gift for my mom, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Since I’m out of state, I called to see if I could pay in advance. Several other massage and spa places I contacted refused and said payment had to be made in person.
Anna did a wonderful job of using the right amount of pressure during my deep tissue massage, finding the trouble areas, and releasing those muscles. The environment was soothing and relaxing. Thank you, Anna!
Im a new customer and scheduled with Cindy because of great reviews and she wasn’t available when I got there. Luckily I got Amy, one of the best 80 minute deep tissue massages I’ve ever got. I will definitely be back, but when I schedule an appointment with Amy, I expect Amy. Thanks

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
