From the reviews

I go to Teresa for deep tissue massage and for shoulder pain. She’s highly professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. She combined deep tissue work with some cupping, and the results were amazing. I always leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and pain-free.

★★★★★ — Tara, Oct 2025

Teresa is amazing, working through issues with fascia and long-term muscle tension resistant to regular massage techniques. Cupping is a weird experience, but the end result is making a real difference!

★★★★★ — Laura, Oct 2025

I would like to express my experience with me having a very painful sciatica on my right side of my waist from my buttock to the bottom of my right leg for years. I give thanks to my beautiful therapist in being able in relieving my muscles and rubbing out all the pain so that I can function normal again.

★★★★★ — Evelyn, Oct 2025

Teresa has helped me so much. I have chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. She has been an asset to my health journey. Every time I visit, I feel like a new woman. I love that I also don’t feel like I’m overcharged for add ons. This always happens at chain massage locations.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
