Excellent attitudes from the call in to make a appointment to the walk in. Kind and very professional staff. This place is not big and glamorous, don’t let that fool you. The 90 min massage I had was tailored to my needs not just a robotic session. I was able to adjust pressure at will with my therapist which was nice.
I’ve been a member with Elements for over a decade. I’ve had numerous massages through different therapists. All different techniques and each performed differently in a positive way. However, yesterday I met Cicely Nichols, a new therapist that recently joined the Southlake location.
Excellent place, the attention of all the staff is extraordinary, they are super attentive and diligent. My masseuse was Josh and he is super nice and makes you feel very comfortable from the first second, he explained everything he would do and I have no complaints.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
