This was such a great experience! When I arrived, they were running a little behind, but it wasn’t an issue at all—they offered me a warm foot soak while I waited for my 90-minute massage, which was such a nice touch.
I recently had a session at Reno Massage Tree with Hongyin Wu, and as both a CrossFit athlete and someone who spends 40+ hours a week behind a desk, I can honestly say this was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had plenty of massages in the past, but this one blew all the others out of the water.
Today was our first time coming here. My mom and I got a couples massage because she gets too nervous to go alone. The couples massage is 60 minutes but we opted for 90 minutes. The people that did our massages were very kind and checked in with us throughout the massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
