From the reviews
I have had physical therapy several times in my life. I have had eight sessions with Josh Kuenzli and would rate him the best physical therapist I have ever had. He is knowledgeable about the proper approach to isolating my muscles that contribute to my need for physical therapy.
I am made to feel very comfortable when I go for my appointment with Josh. he has done a great job on my shoulder pain, I have recommended him to a coworker for her neck pain.
I have been working with Sam for the past year and a half, and I wanted to share my experience. In healthcare, it’s not always easy to find someone who combines both knowledge and compassion, but Sam truly has both.
My husband and I have been going to Sam Hatchel since Renew opened (fall of 2022) at O2, our gym. Simply said, he’s the best physical therapist we’ve been to! Sam is extremely knowledgeable, hands-on, and truly works out those annoying kinks of aging.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
