From the reviews
I was desperate for relief after 2 months of pain and was grateful for the ease and flexibility in scheduling an appointment asap. The staff has been accommodating and the treatment phenomenal.
I’m very happy with my experience at Cardinal Chiropractic. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Andy takes the time to explain the services they provide and how they can help me personally.
I’ve been to chiropractors in the past, they really didn’t do a whole lot for me, even with acupuncture, but Dr. Andrew it’s just a pleasure to be around. Very informative. New technology that I didn’t even know existed, and a jokester so what’s not to like about them?
If there was an option to place more than 5 stars on Dr. Andrew I would! From the first visit to entering in the routine maintenance portion, my experience here has been above and beyond expectations. I have been to multiple chiropractic/offices over the years. From Durham to Greensboro! Dr. Andrew is like no other.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
