From the reviews
Ok confession time....I have avoided writing a review for this place because I was being selfish. Acupuncture and massage here is so good, clean, quality, and professional, it feels like I have to battle all of Raleigh to get in for an appointment but as you can see word couldn't help but get out anyway.
Had my first massage with Heather today and she was amazing! Such a sweet person and excellent skills. I felt so comfortable with her and her kindness and professionalism. I’m scheduled to have acupuncture done, and already booked another massage with her! So thankful I was referred here!!! Highly recommend!!!
Receiving referrals from Ginna and her staff warms my heart! I know her patients are coming from a loving and caring environment and they are always successful! Thank you, Ginna for the great work you are providing! Leslie Lyon, The STOP Clinic in Cary, NC
Ginna Browning and team are very professional, wise, and compassionate. I have been receiving care here for over five years and each time I feel terrific afterwards.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
