I got a 60 minute massage and cupping. This was the most amazing massage I have ever had! the techniques used from head to toe helped me let go of a lot of stress and pain. 10/10 recommend.
Be ready to tip them really nice, guys! It’s not because they ask for it, but it’s because they deserve it! As a person who gets massage almost every week, I have gone to so many places not only in Tucson but also in other cities, states.
Helen was WONDERFUL. I did a 60 minute combo. The foot massage was excellent, and honestly so was the neck and back massage! I don’t like elbows too much, and most of what Helen did was all hand and finger work and it was soooooo great. Exactly what I needed.
This place is the best! I've been coming here for years and they always provide great service. Best to make an appointment as they do get very busy. Tables are clean, linen fresh. Relaxing massage and at a great price.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
