From the reviews

To say Ms.Regina is Amazing is an understatement. I came to her with debilitating back pain and midsection/abdominal pain that had crippled my mobility throughout Covid as well as severe depression and anxiety that was exacerbated by the lockdowns and loss of employment .

★★★★★ — Tanisha, Jan 2021

I have been seeing Regina each week for about a month now. I am so grateful for her holistic approach and felt taken care of from the moment I began filling out my initial paperwork. Her care and attention to her clients was immediately apparent.

★★★★★ — Marie, Jan 2021

I have been seeing Regina for some time now and our sessions have contributed very significantly to my well-being. My headaches have decreased, and Regina has helped me manage several injuries (ankle, knees, shoulder) that were limiting my mobility.

★★★★★ — Julie, Oct 2024

I have been seeing Regina for nearly 20 years and she was truly life-changing for me. I began with chronic, incapacitating pain from a back injury for many years and have not had an incident of back pain since.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
