From the reviews

If you have an athlete, there’s no other place better than Regain your Game. As a parent, watching your child suffer a serious injury is heartbreaking. When Matthew tore his ACL and meniscus going into his senior year, it felt like everything he had worked so hard for was suddenly taken away.

I would highly recommend Alex at RYG. As a parent to 3 serious athletes as well as a coach, I was extremely impressed with the care and attention throughout the diagnostic, rehab and follow up after return to sports was complete. Our daughter was having issues with hip flexors with the overlap of Soccer and Hockey.

1000% RECOMMEND!!! My daughter started having knee issues in 7th grade. She is a multi sport athlete that does sports year round. We saw 4 different doctors, multiple physical therapists, injections in her knees, MRI's.

★★★★★ — Aysha, Feb 2026

Knee pain was my daily reality and after other strategies failed- I was wondering if knee pain was going to be my future reality as well. I then took a leap of faith to visit Alex and am so thankful I did. He’s a great listener to understand the issue and also to understand my ultimate future performance goals.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
