From the reviews

I’ve been going to Definition Sports Therapy in Glendora for over 5-6 years now, and I can honestly say this place just keeps getting better and better. What started as occasional visits for sports-related aches and recovery has turned into a regular part of my wellness routine, and they’ve never stopped evolving.

I am a fairly active person and needed more than just a regular massage. They knew exactly what I needed. My 2nd time here and I am blown away with how effective and efficient they were both times. Got the 60 min massage and did cupping and scraping. Best experience Ive had hands down.

Cassandra is an absolute gem in the world of sports massage therapy. As someone who truly values the skill of healing and understands how rare it is to find someone who combines deep technique with a genuine desire to help you recover, I can’t recommend her enough.

My wife and I had been members here for years almost since they first opened, and we loved it. Unfortunately, our work required us to relocate. The team here is amazing. We recently ran into an issue, and they were very understanding and quick to help.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
