From the reviews
Hands down one of the best massage I've had in years. Theresa started by addressing my concerns and had different oils that would complement my massage. She explained everything she was doing and why and how it could help. I was extremely sore from a new workout and was hesitant to go but i felt amazing.
Theresa is so knowledgeable and so kind. It made for a great experience; definitely one of the best massages of my life. I have gotten countless massages and used to go every other week for almost 3 years, so ‘ve had my share of good and great massages.
Theresa is very good with working out those knots, muscle tightness, providing good information on aftercare and always strive to make sure she meet your needs. Every time I go has been a great experience. I work in healthcare and need to go more often but when I do go my need is met.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I have found my go to person for relief! Theresa listens to your concerns, takes her time, and intuitively uses her hands to offer relief from the tension in your body.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
