I went to recovery day for headache relief. I received a cupping and dry needling treatment and within an hour felt a huge difference in the tension and my neck and shoulders! They were so caring and explained exactly what they were doing and how the testaments work! I left feeling super excited to go back!
Highly recommend Recovery Day! I’ve been going in for a few weeks now for cupping and dry needling and have found so much relief and have had a blast each time. A must for athletes, body builders and desk workers alike!

Katelyn and Joel are the best athletic trainers there is. Provide you with the best services to help you feel like a brand new person. Very knowledgeable and understanding to all of their clients. Creates a great environment and experience that you would want to come back EVERY TIME.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
