From the reviews
I love and appreciate Lacey so much! She has magic hands that can always find the spots that need her help and she works out every kink she finds. She is willing to adapt to my needs every time. I appreciate how accommodating she is, and that she listens.
Lacey is an exceptional massage therapist! She's communicative throughout the process, ensuring she's working on the right spots and with the right technique, appropriate pressure. Very reasonable pricing as well for the quality of her service!
Lacey is a wonderful massage therapist. Professional and still personable. She listens well and is mindful of what's needed. She also has great advice for aftercare and things to do at home.
I would highly recommend especially if uou are someone who needs more pressure than normal. As soon as the massage was complete, I felt relieved. I will definitely be back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
