From the reviews

Kelly is a master of her craft her touch is just right. I was gifted a 60 minute massage and it was so nice, book with her and you won’t regret it. She worked my shoulders and mid back so perfectly and knew exactly what needed to be massaged. 5 stars! Thank you and I can’t wait to come back.

★★★★★ — Kristina, May 2022

Kelly has been someone I have turned to at critical times when my body has needed some extra attention, after the birth of my child, and during times of life stress/transition. She is someone you can trust to bring you into balance.

★★★★★ — Kimberly, May 2022

I'd been hearing great things about Kelly and after my first year of teaching wrapped, I thought a massage would be a great self care gift to myself. I had the Pathways Signature Massage and it was fantastic. Kelly has a calm, comfortable and safe space where I could fully relax and completely enjoy myself.

I’m a wedding photographer and it can really take a toll on your body. On Saturday, I had a 12-hour wedding and spent the rest of the weekend hobbling around with a lot of aches and pains. On Monday, I had my massage with Kelly and left feeling like a brand-new person!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
