From the reviews

After running a marathon I started to develop plantar fasciitis and knew I wanted to get it taken care of before it got worse. Luckily, I met Ryan and he taught me a lot about the anatomy and what was happening in my feet/calves. After every treatment there is relief in my feet!

★★★★★ — Jake, Apr 2023

Exactly what I have been looking for in a massage therapist. Not only is it relaxing but more therapeutic. Ryan explained what happens as we exercise and feel different pains, or as we age and still want to run and be active. I feel like he knew exactly what was going on with my pain points and a plan to fix them.

★★★★★ — Jena, Jan 2024

I have been going to Ryan for about 6 months now. He is absolutely amazing at what he does. He has given me not just relief in my knee, neck and jaw but also helpful preventative tips and tricks/stretches. He is GREAT at explaining the problem and what typically causes the issues in a way I can even understand.

★★★★★ — Kourtney, Nov 2023

The best. I’ve lived all over the place and have never had a massage this good. The results last long after the blissed out feeling of leaving with some new lovely essential oils and feeling heard by Ryan. He listens. His only goal is to chase down your ache and make it better. Always worth the wait.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
