From the reviews
It had been a few years since I'd had a massage and Nichole's session made me wish I hadn't waited so long. Nichole took the time to listen to my concerns about areas that I wanted addressed. I'm totally new to cupping, but it felt amazing and I'm looking forward to seeing the benefits.
I had been wanting to schedule a massage with cupping for some time now and finally made an appointment. Nichole was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about cupping and made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend.
Nichole is absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable in the room while receiving my massage and cupping. I highly recommend her if you have any back issues.
Nichole has given me massages pre-baby, pregnant and postpartum and she is the best!!! She listens to your wants and needs and uses her vast skill set to have you feeling your best. Wouldn’t want to go to anyone else besides her 👏🏼
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
