From the reviews

I was gifted a massage with Rashida and couldn’t be happier. Not only do her hands hold a healing power, but so does her energy! Her presence felt very welcoming and she was extremely knowledgeable. I had only met her a few minutes before starting and I had already felt taken care of and thought of.

Rashida is great— she’s attentive, professional, communicative, and responsive to pressure-level requests and requests to focus on certain areas. I appreciated that shoes are not allowed in the room itself. She hand-makes the body butter that is applied, and also sells it in office.

★★★★★ — Imani, May 2026

What a sweet, talented therapist with angel hands. This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She used firm pressure throughout the session exactly as requested, and I walked out feeling like a new person. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Rashida 🤍

I had an absolutely great experience today. The pressure was perfect, the room was peaceful, and the therapist knew exactly how to work out the knots in my shoulders and back. I left feeling completely relaxed and tension-free. Highly recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
