From the reviews

I was put under the wonderful spell of Ms. Tami Arthur with her healing hands, loving spirit, and happy disposition. Thank you for rejuvenating my spirit, body, soul and reminding me life is better with consistent breathing.

★★★★★ — Barbara, May 2022

Tami is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I would not have recovered as quickly as I did if it weren't for Tami's lymphatic massages and her deep knowledge around healing after a major cosmetic surgery. She traveled to me which was absolutely key to my healing success.

★★★★★ — Addie, Feb 2022

I can't adequately express my appreciation for Tami's generous help and advice while I was undergoing radiation therapy at Arizona Oncology in Tucson earlier this year. With a phone consultation, she was able to direct me to what I needed to do for the seroma (swelling) which had developed.

★★★★★ — J, Mar 2020

Tami is an amazing massage and lymphatic therapist with a healing touch. I have had arthritis for over 50 years and she is the best massage therapist i have ever had. Tami has so many different modalities she can access at her massage studio. Always wanting to try different things to reduce pain or swelling.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
