I had a hypnosis session with Billy for severe sciatica pain, and it was my first time trying hypnosis. During the day, I had been able to manage the pain somewhat with pain reprocessing therapy exercises, but nighttime was a much bigger problem.
Billy goes to the heart of the problem quickly , skillfully, and professionally. My first session, he assessed without prompt, the areas that were affected by a previous fall.
Billy knows his stuff! I am 3 months post op from a knee replacement and my hips and back were so stiff every time I stood up. After my first session the hip stiffness was gone. I especially appreciate his soothing words of relaxation. It's obvious that he truly cares for people and loves his craft.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
