From the reviews

Ashley is an incredibly talented healer, as well as personable, kind & a great listener! I’m an esthetician and depend on the well being of my body to serve my own clients. I’d been experiencing back pain from long days on my feet. After the massage I was pain free, energetic and so relaxed.

I’ve known Ashley for a long time but had not been for a massage. I’m so thankful I did! From the moment you walk in…it’s so peaceful. You can feel her aura and energy in the space. It’s exquisite. She takes her time to get to know you and your needs/requests. The massage, cupping, and aromatherapy were amazing!

Ashley was so incredibly thoughtful, kind and attentive throughout the entire session. It was, without a doubt, the best massage I’ve ever had. Ashley has a gift, not just with her hands, but in the manner that she cares for her clients. She is incredibly attentive and listens to your needs.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
