From the reviews

I selected this physical therapy business after I had a serious fall and sustained a fractured pelvis. I saw on their website that they employ therapists that are trained in pelvic therapy. I love that they have individual private rooms with therapy tables besides the open gym in the back of the building.

I am writing to share my highly positive experience with your pelvic floor therapy services. Sixteen years ago, following the birth of my last child, I was first referred for this therapy but avoided it out of apprehension regarding the treatment process.

★★★★★ — Keta, Nov 2025

I can’t recommend Pursuit PT enough. Nicole has been incredible to work with. I initially came for pelvic floor therapy and later worked with her for shoulder rehabilitation, and the care I received in both areas was outstanding.

My doctor suggested that I have physical therapy and recommended that I go to Pursuit Physical Therapy. I have had physical therapy in the past and after the first assessment, my appointments consisted of me doing my exercises while the therapists juggle multiple other patients and then return and show me something…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
