From the reviews

Erin is absolutely the best. I get myofascial release massage from her. She is so skilled and always grounded and completely present as she works. I feel like I have finally found my match.

★★★★★ — Kim, Aug 2019

It had been 7 years since I had a massage and decided to treat myself. I had a 90 minute massage with Marissa and it was phenomenal. She took the time to hear my concerns and addressed all of them. She was also extremely kind, professional, and a great masseur. Truthfully, I was so relaxed that I dozed off.

Erin is truly gifted! She reads your body and knows just what you need. She is knowledgeable, well trained, and very passionate about her craft!! I highly recommend getting massage therapy from Erin!!!

If you aren’t getting a massage at purely connected then I feel SOOOO bad for you. The staff is wonderful, the spa is so cute I would live in there if I could but I think that’s a health code violation. I just love it there. But if we are going to get more specific Cailey is the BEST massage therapist ive ever gone to.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
