I’ve been getting massaged for at least 20 years but this was my first visit to Buffalo Holistic. I had 2 hours scheduled with Allison. The place is very nice inside and out, very clean and everyone was friendly. The massage was absolutely amazing and may very well be the best I’ve ever had.
I had a great experience at Buffalo Holistic Center Kenmore location. Very clean office and professional staff. Receptionist is very knowledgeable and friendly. My therapist Jesus was great. He listened to my concerns and communicated with me to make sure my experience was to my expectations, and it certainly was.

Had a prenatal massage with Kristina. 10/10 experience. Massage was incredible! Facility was great and they have a prenatal massage bed which was wonderful! Highly recommend.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
