Atera & Danielle did our couples massage for Valentine's Day. They did perfect. Absolutely wonderful. The whole place was beautifully decorated. Ashley was so welcoming and the whole energy was amazing. We will be making this a spot we come to regularly.
I am new to the area. It is always hard to find a new place that listens to your questions, concerns and takes the time to talk with you. They usually rush you off the phone just to get you in the door then pressure you into things you don’t want and for me I may not even be able to do. Pure 360 was NOT that place!!
The Med Spa is awesome. Having mind and body stress and coming out feeling revived is magic! Marcy is absolutely the best who geniunely cares about giving her clients the best massage therapists. Z works wonders with her massage capabilities. I trust that the other massage therapists have the same quality.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
