From the reviews
Tracey is wonderful! She has made me a believer for sure. I feel so relaxed and pain free every time.
My whole family sees Jill for accupuncture. She has been amazing for each of us. Jill is a truly empathetic and very intuitive person who seems to be able to sense and know how one is feeling. I always leave feeling very relaxed with my anxieties calmed.
I was suggested to have acupuncture done for relive of stress induced ailment and mood swings. A few minutes into the session and relief is immediate, the needles really feel smoothing, much less strain on neck, and a general feeling of good energy during the session. I feel the benefits are recurring and long lasting.
Jill is a wonderful acupuncturist and human being. She has helped me manage my stress & anxiety and has helped me find herbal remedies that work for me. I was someone who couldn’t stand needles before this, but she makes each experience painless and stress-free with her kind and calm demeanor.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
