From the reviews
I just wrapped up two months of physical therapy, and I’ve truly never felt better. From day one, the entire team was incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. They didn’t just treat the injury — they treated me as a whole person.
Referred to PT Pros by my doctor. Went in for lower back pain and right knee pain. My Therapist Noe was wonderful to work with. Very caring and professional. The whole Staff is willing to do whatever it takes to make your visit the best it can be.
I love working with everyone at PT Pros! Amy, Mel, Shayla and Noe are all so helpful. They take great care when I need to schedule patients with them for wheelchair assessments. They are always so respectful towards all the patients in the clinic and bring great knowledge and care to their patients.
Makes me a little sad that I have completed my theorpy. The staff there is top shelf! They all made time to check on the progress of my healing, and well being. This was my 3rd time doing PT, and the professionals at PT PROS were hands down the best experience I have ever encountered. Thank you all so much!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
