I had such a great experience with ProTailored, especially with Dr. Kayla. Before coming here, I always felt like physical therapy was just something you had to do to check a box before moving on to the next step in pain relief. In past PT experiences, I never felt like the root problem was truly resolved.
10/10 recommend! The office is great (I had a private room instead of a large open area). The digital check-in is seamless and everyone is super friendly. But MOST importantly of course, is that my back feels better! Dr. Sam is awesome. He is super helpful, taking time to explain things in ways that make sense.
I truly love ProTailor. The staff are absolutely amazing, and everyone there is so welcoming. I especially appreciate the one-on-one attention they give. Right now, I've actually got two cases currently open. What's really impressive is that they really seem to focus on addressing exactly what I need.
I have been to ProTailored Physical Therapy with both of my knee replacements. The PT people are amazing and they all have a heart and caring to make you feeling better in no time. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to help you with your physical therapy needs.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
