Very professional from start of process with scheduling to walking in door being greeted by all staff. Very informative PT tech Nathaniel and an awesome PT Bobby. My family member has a head injury and isn't always easy to work with...however staff at Fyzical continues to push thru and work with him never giving up!
My experience at FYZICAL was the best a first time ever patient could have. In my near 80 years I have never had physical therapy. I was not so excited to begin, however That changed immediately at FYZICAL. I looked forward to my two visits a week. And they worked.
I came into Fyzical really hurting with lower back nerve pain that seemed like surgery was the option, and not one I wanted. I didn't actually believe PT could help, and didn't take it seriously.
The therapists Wes and Bobby are amazing and are very thorough and they have a great plan set up for me for multiple different therapies I am doing. Everyone is so awesome and so kind and makes therapy fun because they talk to you and encourage you. Thank you so much for all that you are doing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
