From the reviews

As a new client and my very first-time experiencing Chiropractic care, I would like to share how much I appreciate the help from Dr. Nick Snyder. When I leave this place, I feel nearly as a brand-new person, and I am very thankful for that. The atmosphere is GREAT, the staff are always welcoming & friendly.

My husband and I visited last week for our first appointment. We were both pleasantly surprised with the friendless that we received as well as feeling listened too. The receptionist is always so nice and everyone I encountered was very welcoming and friendly.

Always a positive experience. My chronic lower back issues have improved SO much and Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Nick are so caring. The staff is very friendly as well. Really nice people! If you're looking for a new chiropractor look no further, this place checks all the important boxes.

I had my first visit this week and everyone was so welcoming! They made me feel comfortable when I was pretty anxious about what was going on with my body. Very informative and I'm actually excited about working with them to get my body right and feeling 100%.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
