From the reviews

I’ve been a patient of pro care since 2024 after a fall at work it’s been a long process due to Workmen’s Comp. We started out at my hand With Lisa, I’m currently working on my neck, With Chris and Gretchen. I’m hoping to get my arm looked at and figure out what’s happening there as well.

I’ve been to ProCare physical therapy for many different ailments. Every time I felt like I was treated very well and was not afraid to ask questions that I felt were stupid. They even assisted me on ways. I could do my physical therapy at home to maximize the benefits of what they were teaching me.

★★★★★ — Douglas, Feb 2026

I have been going to ProCare for therapy after my wrist surgery. I enjoy my time there, it's clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. Skyler is my therapist, she is thorough and she guides me through my hand exercises with care.

★★★★★ — Karen, Feb 2026

I've had physical therapy in a few places over the past 10 years. However, the care and concern I receive from Ryan Smith is the reason I came back to this practice. He is very knowledgeable and zeroes in on the issue. His hands on approach, advice and recommendations have given me relief in a short period of time.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
