From the reviews
Prime Sports Med gets the job done!!! I have been fortunate enough to see and enjoy most of the Staff. The office staff is kind and friendly, not to mention their helpful tips on which Doctor or Massage therapist will fit your needs best. Dr. Jacob Bower is a great chiropractor who will get the job done!
I had my first visit with Dr Bower and I have to say my body already feels so much better. I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and I was experiencing a lot of neck, hip and back pain from this pregnancy.
I’ve been receiving chiropractic and massage therapy services at Prime Sports Med for back and forearm pain, and the relief I’ve experienced has been remarkable. The entire staff is excellent and very knowledgeable, making each visit a positive experience. Teresa, in particular, does an outstanding job.
I had so much anxiety about seeing a chiropractor for the first time but due to chronic headaches I finally went. Tanner made my experience so comfortable and great. He was great at talking through everything and not making me feel pressured into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
