From the reviews
I have been going to Sarah for over a year now and she is absolutely wonderful. I love her home and how soothing and zen it is. I am always a knotted mess and she keeps me functioning every month. I highly recommend Sarah! There is no one in the treasure valley better!
Soo good! I’ve had a lot going on in my neck and shoulders and Sarah was able to get into points nobody else has been able to! I’m so grateful!
Sarah is wonderful. She does a AWESOME job. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend her.
Sarah is amazing! She pinpoints my painful problem areas and works the muscles out, typically providing relief with just one visit. I highly recommend her!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
