From the reviews
Over the past two years, I have had the pleasure of being treated by both Dr. Greg and Dr. Tae for pain and issues I once believed were permanent. Their expert care, which included spinal manipulation, dry needling, cupping, and personalized at-home exercises, completely resolved my problems.
I injured myself a few weeks ago with a groin tear and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Mike at Precision. Throughout my athletic career, I’ve worked with many physical therapists, and finding one who truly stands out is rare. After leaving Boulder, CO, I thought I wouldn’t find another therapist of that caliber.
I had an excellent response to Osteopractic treatment from Dr. Mike Nash. I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and had 12 treatments over 7 weeks. His treatment plan took me from limping on a stiff swollen leg to walking normally. I still have arthritis and continue to strengthen muscles to support the joint.
Dr. Michael Nash, DPT will make you believe in magic again. I’m a 29-year-old, semi-active individual who injured my lower back playing pickup basketball. I’ve never experienced sciatic pain like that before. After three days of rest and NSAIDs with no real improvement, I booked an appointment with Mike.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
