From the reviews

As a follow up to the replacement of my right hip joint I had several therapy sessions with Riley Schilling. At the first session Riley evaluated my range of motion and the strength of my right leg.

Falls seem to be increasingly common among friends and family members in my age group. The results can range from broken bones to traumatic brain injuries. In my case, I broke a fall with my arm and tore some tendons in my shoulder in the process.

★★★★★ — Liz, Jul 2025

I worked with Josh W., who provided me with a plan to prevent and manage my back pain. I sought PT because of sudden back upper/lower back pain which restricted my movements- it felt as if my back locked up.

★★★★★ — Vanessa, Jun 2026

The Ciofreddi team’s goal is to get their patients performing at their optimal level. Sometimes, after an injury or long disuse, that’s not going to be as high as you once performed but other times they work you through to an even better physical condition than before your injury.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
