What clients say about the cupping here
“After a few PT sessions I was improving and by the time I was done with PT I was pain free from this fall.”
“She is very professional and has made excellent suggestions for me.”
From the reviews
They helped me come back from serious injury through a rigorous work hardening program. Staff notice lots of little things that make a big difference in overall recovery. Friendly atmosphere that keeps everyone there motivated.
I can not thank Kate and Kyle enough for helping restore my mobility! I now have tools to use when I feel my back "talking back" to me. I recommend them highly and their expertise is much appreciated!
I have mostly worked with Katie. She has helped me a great deal. She is very professional and has made excellent suggestions for me. I also want to acknowledge Lynette, the scheduler and receptionist. She is always cheerful and willing to change appointments when necessary.
Fell on the ice this winter and with previous back issues I was skeptical that PT would work for this issue. I could barley walk or bend over. After a few PT sessions I was improving and by the time I was done with PT I was pain free from this fall. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
