From the reviews
Went to Prairie Rehab in Harrisburg for physical therapy for low back injury. Micah hooked it up. After two session I was almost pain free. Each session improves and I am almost 100%.
I just finished physical therapy to treat a “tennis elbow” condition with my arm. Tim was the physical therapist that lead the muscle rehabilitation and his knowledge with glute anatomy of the human muscular system is, nothing less the AMAZING! Tim had a plan of action, and in 5 weeks, my arm was good as new!
I had a wonderful rehabilitation experience with Lori, Micah, and Season at Prairie Rehabilitation in Harrisburg SD. I had many problems with a knee replacement but I could always count on Lori and Micah with my rehab. I had them help me after surgery and two manipulations. Thank you Lori and Micah for all your help!!!
I have been working with Lori J with a fractured pelvis for 3 months, and my experience with her has been amazing. She has helped me become mobile again. She has worked on my body to help relieve discomfort. Lori is a wonderful therapist to work with, always encouraging, so knowledgeable & caring.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
