From the reviews
Deanna Heinie at Plumeria Wellness is a compassionate and well-informed practitioner specializing in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia and long Covid. She treated me for several months, during which time my condition improved. I recommend her services and return to her care in the future.
Thanks to StemWave therapy from Plumeria Wellness, I’ve made significant progress in healing my hamstring strain. I was somewhat skeptical going into my first visit but Deanna took the time to explain the process, science behind the tools and answered all of my questions.
If you haven’t tried hydration therapy, now is the time. Deanna at Plumeria listened to my concerns and gave me hydration with the right add in’s. I’ve done the hydration twice now and have more energy and feel mentally sharp. I’ll be a regular client!
What makes Deanne a five star provider is her vast knowledge and her strengths in listening and acknowledging my experience and questions. She is a strong professional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
